Let's lighten up together

I'm the founder of SABAHA, and I wanted to share my story with you all.

 

I've struggled with bipolar disorder for a long time, and it wasn't until I learned about mindfulness that I realized it wasn't my fault. Before that, I thought I was just broken, and it really took a toll on me.

Then I discovered Buddhism and mindfulness, and it was a game-changer. It brought peace and a whole new perspective into my life. I'm living a much happier and healthier life now than I ever thought possible.

Of course, I still have my struggles, just like everyone else. But I'm hoping that by sharing what I've learned from Buddhism and mindfulness, we can all support each other and overcome our challenges together. I hope this space can be a resource for you, even if it's just a small one.
